Miller Plant Ltd specialise in providing the complete Haulage Service
to the Construction industry. We are no stranger to efficiency and
pride ourselves on our modern well coordinated and ever growing fleet
of over 20 vehicles.
Our fleet is made up of 6, 8 and Artic box Tippers, Hiabs, Low Loaders
and Flats from leading manufacturers such as Scania, Daf and Volvo. The
fleet has grown to meet the needs of our customer base and has been
chosen to achieve high levels of reliability and cost effectiveness and
also to be the most environmentally sympathetic on today’s market.
Our vehicles are very recognisable on the roads of Scotland due to our
distinctive bright yellow livery throughout the fleet, creating a
corporate and very impressive image.
Tippers
The core of our tipper work is to the construction and civils industry,
we can provide the complete package, from loading, off site and
disposal down to an hourly charge for the vehicle.
We can supply large quantities of lorries for major projects and we
pride our ourselves on quality of customer service, which sets us aside
from other tipper haulage providers.
The majority of our Tipper Fleet is made up of 6 and 8 Wheeled Tippers,
we also provide artic box tippers for large volume contracts and/or
long hauls, site conditions need to be level and hard standing for
tipping loads off of these vehicles as they are capable of a 30 tonne
pay load.
Hiabs
Here at Miller Plant Ltd we hire Hiab mounted plant transporters
complete with beaver tails and ramps, many construction companies enjoy
the benefits of these versatile vehicles which are ideal for moving
containers, cabins, toilet blocks, small items of plant and machinery.
Low Loaders
Our Low Loader fleet consists of 3 and 4 axled trailers and are
primarily used for moving construction plant such as excavators,
crushers, screeners, loading shovels, dozers and much more, we are also
involved in moving Wood Harvesting, Road surfacing and Oil and Marine
related equipment.
Operating nationwide we often seek back loads from many areas in the
UK. We can accommodate heavy, wide and abnormal loads and we work
closely with the Police and Transport authorities to ensure safe
delivery of your load, a second man can also be provided where
necessary.
Artic Flats
We operate a fleet of artics on 40 and 45ft flat trailers some of which
have block grabs for off loading pallets on site that do not have the
luxury of fork lift trucks, these vehicles can be hired by the hour or
on a fixed price bases for individual loads.
We service the concrete block manufacturing, construction and oil and
gas, industries with these vehicles.
